Paralysis is a condition where a part or the complete body loses its function. Part of the body is termed as hemiplegia and complete is paraplegia. There are multiple reasons for this condition. The most common 2 reasons are uncontrolled high blood pressure or head injury. Rarely tumours can also cause paralysis. If the causative factor is high BP, then the major reason behind it is erratic lifestyle. Hectic lifestyle coupled with sedentary life adds to it. Improper sleep patterns and obesity can also be some factors. Always under mentally stressful environment is another major reason for high BP. Once the person is diagnosed hypertensive, he should never neglect his medication and regular check-ups are a must.
